We are in the process of compiling this portfolio of Police Training School photographs, starting with the first 12 week Basic Training Course #1 in 1963.  Copies of the photos are still on display at the Police Training School at Prospect but unfortunately they have all been covered with a laminate which makes them quite difficult to copy.  It should also be borne in mind that the vast majority of the photos are of Basic Training Courses so if you attended a Localization Course as an experienced police officer then chances are we do not have one of your course.   It will likely take several months to copy all the photos and provide captions for them so please be patient!   If you happen to have a better quality copy of your Course photo,  or if you were an experienced officer and have a photo of your particular group on arrival we would be happy to include it in this collection.  We will also look to publish photos of  those courses held prior to the opening of the Police Training School.  These were usually short Refresher courses with instructors flown in from the U.K.  Any suggestions for this column would be much appreciated.
