We were delighted to receive the following Christmas message from our good friend and former colleague, Juliette Powell:- 

Hello to my Bermuda Police Service Retired Colleagues and Friends. My husband and I are now living in Glasgow, Scotland along with my second eldest son and my daughter and her two children. We decided to relocate here three years ago. My daughter has been living in the UK for the past 13 years. She attended Edinburgh Napier University where she received her law degree in Contract Law and is practicing law.

Steven and I were Pastoring our church (North Shore Gospel Chapel), in Bermuda after I retired from working for The Living Centre and he retired from Bermuda Aviation Services. Our daughter moved to Scotland and wanted her parents to come to Scotland and live our best lives. It took us two years to decide to relocate after much prayer. Three years ago September 2025, we got the Blessings of our two sons and our daughter and relocated to Scotland.

It has been the best decision we have made. We live in Glasgow, in the town of Hamilton. The people are so friendly and we have been made to feel so welcome here. We attend an amazing church (Selkirk Evangelical Church). Steven Pastors at times and I am involved in many of the church ministries. (To God be the Glory). 

A year ago, November 2024, our youngest son moved to Scotland as well. We all love Scotland and don’t regret moving here and LIVING OUR BEST LIVES.
