We just found this team photo in our collection which, to the best of our knowledge, has never been published on our website or elsewhere. It came to our attention after hearing about a recent get-together at the home of Peter Borland on the occasion of a visit to Bermuda by our old friend Dave Walker and his wife. The get-together was for former members of this team who played while Dave Walker was on Island. There's no prize for guessing that it's a football team but we'd like to know, which team, what season was it, and who are all the players and officials?

We received the following from our good friend, the memory man, Davie Kerr!
I'm sure that pic has appeared SOMEWHERE previously, and I'd date it late '70s.

While I've tentatively ID'd John Dale as the bloke on Parse's immediate right, I have no idea what his football team connection was as he was a rugby player: I can't even guarantee it's him!
"To the best of my knowledge and belief", the only ones still "on de rock" are Ian (if it's him), Gerry, Eric, Eddie, John D (if it's him) and Ernie: could any of them elucidate further?
Cheers. Davie.

Editors note - We also ran this on our ExPo Facebook page. The gentleman 5th from the left on the 3rd row is "Mr. Police Football" himself, our great player from the east, Arthur Bean, who represented Bermuda for many years as a star of our National Team.We believe the guy in uniform next to Dave Parsons is Andy Hall who was on the committee, and the only player not identified was the young man with the moustache at far left on the front row, and I can confirm as of today that he is a civilian J. Freeman.
I believe this photo, complete with the caption, was displayed in the main hall of the PRC for quite a few years but was taken down about 2-3 years ago.
