We have just  been advised that former P.C. Graham Swinyard, who served here from 1964-1967 died last weekend in the U.K.  Graham worked in Western Division for most of his service here.   On returning to the UK he joined the Merseyside Police where he rose to the rank of Chief Inspector in Southport Division where one of his duties included policing horse races at Aintree.
