We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of another of our former police officers, Albert "Keith" Foggo.
Keith joined the BPS in December 1977 and by all accounts was an excellent officer who won the Baton of Honour on his Basic Training Course. One of his fellow recruits in 1977, Robert Railton, recalls that he and Keith were the two recruits seconded to Birmingham in England for a 4 1/2 month attachment to various departments.
Keith served mostly in uniform in St. George's and Traffic. He resigned in November 1982.
We send our sincere condolences to his Keith's family including his brother, Frankie Foggo, and will post funeral details as soon as we receive them.
The obituary for Keith in today's Royal Gazette (10th March) can be found at http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/theroyalgazette/obituary.aspx?n=albert-keith-breed-foggo&pid=178000101&fhid=31379
