It was reported in the Royal Gazette (17^th Dec 2024) that Assistant Commissioner Martin Weekes is to be re-instated after it was found there was no case to answer following an allegation of gross misconduct in the wake of an independent enquiry, which included investigators brought in from overseas.  ACOP Weekes had been on “restricted duties” since last year and will now be returning to full duties.
