Annual Police Memorial Service
We are pleased to advise you that the Annual Police Week activities will be taking place at the end of this month with the first event of the week being the Annual Police Gymkhana at the Police Field on Saturday 30th September 2023.
POLICE MEMORIAL CEREMONY - A highlight of Police Week each year for our ExPo members and families is the Annual Police Memorial Ceremony which will be held on Sunday 1st October starting at 4pm at the Police Cemetery, Prospect, and we urge all of our members to attend this very meaningful ceremony. During this Service the Honour Roll of former Bermuda Police Officers who have died during the last two years is read.
RECEPTION FOLLOWING THE MEMORIAL SERVICE - Commissioner Darrin Simons cordially invites our ExPo members and guests who attend the Memorial Service to a reception being held at the Police Recreation Club immediately following the Service. This is a popular annual event which had to be curtailed for several years during the Covid pandemic. We urge our members and families to attend both the Service and the Reception.
