ACOP Martin Weekes delivers Tribute at funeral

The church was packed, including many of our colleagues who will have worked with Sinclair during his time in the BPS from 1973 – 2007.  Assistant Commissioner Martin Weekes gave an excellent tribute to Sinclair during the service, and Sinclair’s countless contributions to the community were recognized as covered in the newspaper article.
