John Barnett in great form at Ex-Bobbies Bash!

We were sorry to hear that our good friend and former colleague, John Barnett, was involved in an accident on 30th December when he was struck by a mini-bus while walking on a pedestrian crossing at the top of Burnaby Hill in Hamilton.  John sustained a fractured pelvis and has undergone surgery.  He will likely be in hospital for several more days, and we wish him a speedy recovery.  We understand that the accident is under investigation.

John had attended our popular annual Ex-Bobbies Bash Christmas Lunch at the Mariners Club on 6th December which was well attended by some 35 of our old friends and colleagues.  John was in fine form and thoroughly enjoyed the outing.  You can read all about the lunch in  our Keeping in Touch column for 2019 which can be viewed at http://expobermuda.com/index.php/keep-in-touch/737-keeping-in-touch-home-and-abroad-2019  This column is in date order with the newest reports at the top of the age so all you need to do to find it is to scroll down to 6th December.  You can also view the photo album of this function in our Photo Gallery at  http://expobermuda.com/index.php/photo-gallery/ex-bobbies-bash-2019#!IMG_2634
