This is to advise you that our Annual Summer BBQ has been postponed and we are now planning to hold it on Saturday 17th September at the PRC. We have a lot of our members off Island this month and have made the decision that we would prefer to hold it when most of us can attend. Apologies for any incovenience.
We will be holding our Annual ExPo Summer BBQ on the PRC Patio on Saturday 16th July starting at 7pmand we cordially invite you to attend.
We will be having excellent food, great music (from our era) and the outside bar at our disposal. Tickets are $50 per person and that includes a free drink. Drinks can also be purchased individually or by the bottle.
We would be delighted to see you at this popular event. Tickets are available from Dave Cook, Reese Bartley, Corey Cross, Carlton Adams, Gail Correia, Linda Perry, Brian Robinson, Coralie Trott and Roger Sherratt, and we would ask you to purchase them by Tuesday 12th July so we know how many to cater for.
