Former D.C. Jasmine Saltus

We are deeply saddened to report the passing of one of our young colleagues, former D.C. Jasmine Saltus, yesterday at the age of 41.  We understand that he had been suffering from lung cancer.

Jasmine joined the BPS in 1999 and served until 2004 during which time he worked in Central Division, and later in Central CID where he proved to be an excellent and very conscientious officer. Jasmine left the Service in 2004 and moved on to work at the Transport Control Department.

We send our sincere condolences to his sister Jenea Saltus who is a serving member of the BPS, and to all his family.

We will post further information about funeral arrangements as soon as we receive them.
